    Your Mission

    To strengthen our manufacturing team, we are looking for a meticulous, quality-conscious individual for aseptic work in the cleanroom. In this role, you ensure the GMP-compliant manufacturing of our biopharmaceutical active substances and thereby contribute directly to providing patients with phage therapy.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Aseptic work in the cleanroom up to Grade A in B
    • Execution of GMP processes in the manufacturing/production environment, in particular: sterile filtration and filling of biopharmaceutical active substances, production of microbial cell banks, and assembly as well as sterilization of process aids
    • GMP-compliant documentation in accordance with manufacturing instructions (timely, complete, traceable)
    • Creation and maintenance of work and manufacturing instructions (SOPs) as well as associated documents
    • Routine tasks to maintain cleanroom status (hygiene monitoring, cleaning according to specifications)

    Your Profile

    • Completed training in a biological-technical field, e.g. BTA / CTA / PTA, pharmaceutical technician, laboratory technician (m/f/d) or comparable
    • Initial professional experience in aseptic work in the cleanroom
    • Ideally experience in a GMP- or GLP-regulated environment as well as in biotechnology (experience working with bacteriophages especially welcome)
    • Careful, structured way of working, high quality awareness, and a “GMP mindset”
    • Willingness to occasionally work in shifts

    In this key role reporting directly to executive management, you connect numbers, processes, and growth. You will further develop our controlling and reporting, shape the internal financial and operational processes of a fast-growing company, and independently drive business development and integration projects — including post-merger integration.

    Your Responsibilities

    Controlling, Reporting & Financial Planning
    • Prepare reports and analyses on financial metrics and operational KPIs, evolve them into scalable reporting structures, and report regularly to executive management, shareholders, and other stakeholders
    • Build and maintain financial models for budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses, including variance analyses and recommendations for action

    Your Profile

    • Completed degree in business administration, controlling/finance, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
    • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, finance, (transaction/strategy) consulting, business development, or project management — ideally in a dynamic growth, startup, or medical environment
    • Experience in designing and optimizing processes; initial exposure to M&A or post-merger integration is an advantage
    • Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, a structured way of working, and a high affinity for numbers
    • High level of personal responsibility, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for building structures in a fast-growing environment
    • Very confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and financial modeling; experience with controlling/BI tools, preferably LucaNet, is desirable

    Your Mission

    You will take conceptual and operational ownership of our data and digital setup: building a central, future-ready data and process system including a data registry and the definition of datasets and standards, developing and managing process tracking, and ensuring data quality, data protection, and reporting.

    Your Responsibilities

    1) Clinical Registry & Data Management
    • Design and build a clinical data registry (anonymized/pseudonymized patient data, treatment and outcome data, safety data, process times)
    • Define a data catalog and variable standards
    • Establish data quality processes
    • Create dashboards and regular reports
    2) Digital Process Platform / Tracking (Web App)
    • Capture and translate requirements from clinics and diagnostics into user stories and processes
